Information we collect

- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, property address, loan purpose, estimated property value, loan amount, credit range, and timing.

- Information from your calls: our automated phone assistant records calls with our published business line, 203-299-2034, including a transcript and the details you provide.

- Information from your use of this site: standard technical data such as browser type and pages viewed.

We do not collect your Social Security number, bank statements, or other documents through this site or over our phone line.

How we use your information

- To answer your questions and return your call at a time you choose.

- To send you the mortgage application link you ask for.

- To confirm and remind you about appointments.

- To keep records required of a licensed mortgage originator.

Sharing

We share information with Novus Home Mortgage, our parent lending institution, and with service providers who help us operate, such as our phone and email platforms. We do not sell your information. We may disclose information when required by law or by a regulator.

Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices
